(08) Polaris RZR 800 Exhaust This computer mapping designed complete exhaust will run at 92-94 decibels while increasing the horsepower by 4hp overstock and reducing the uneeded weight by 6 pounds. Made from .049 mandrel bent stainless steel.
This system will get you from 0-55 MPH much quicker than stock as it increases the torgue significantly over stock. This exhaust is not very difficult to install but requires the removal of the rear bed.
USFS approved spark arrestor included. We recommend the use of a aftermarket EFI Box (On Fuel Injected vehicles) Periodic maintanence is recommend with this performance exhaust as with any aftermarket exhaust as Silencer packing will deteriorate over time.
Loss of packing will not only lead to the destruction of your exhaust system but also enormous loss of horsepower.
You must repack your Big Gun Exhaust with Big Gun Silencer packing or the Big Gun warranty will be voided. Standard Big Gun 6 month warranty applies to this product.
