KAWASAKI TERYX 08-09 BED DELETE KIT
The stock steel bed is approx 95 lbs. Our new aluminum bed delete kit is about 25 lbs, so that gives you a weight savings of about 70 lbs, which is a lot for an already underpowered UTV. The new bed ships in parts to lower shipping costs, and it needs to get assembled with the supplied rivets in the pre-cut holes. It mounts to the Teryx frame the exact same way the stock bed does, and you just have to transfer over the front mounting brackets, fenders, dust guards, wheel wells, tail lights, and fenders. Its precision cut using CNC lasers, and precision formed using CNC press brakes for perfect fitment, and no hassling with having to line up holes etc. It comes with all the parts you need to install, and you will have to have a rivet installation tool, which can be purchased for very low costs at most places tools are sold at. The bed was designed to fit together very similar to the stock steel bed, to help assembly. It comes in raw aluminum finish, and custom powdercoating is available for an extra charge.
